According to Paracelsus, "the sumum of theological and philosophical truths is contained in the religion of the two lights, the light of grace and the light of nature". We have wanted to follow the lessons of this Renaissance genius, and to order the principles, the grace or mystic and the nature of chemistry.

Creation

"As far as the creation of heaven and earth, the biblical text says: These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created . (Genesis 2, 9) As far as Adam is concerned, we read: This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him. (Genesis 5, 1-2). Truthfully, the two [on the one hand, heavens and earth, and on the other Adam, male and female] they're equal, and mean the same thing, because were created in a single secret." (Zohar I, 55b)

"The obviousness of the creation and the mystery of the sages' teaching cannot be understood without the aid of God. The water that emerges from the earth engenders the sun of resurrection through the power of the fertilizing love of the highest". (L. Cattiaux, The Message Rediscovered 5. 95)

"In the beginning created Elohim . The word creation (beriah ); here alludes to the emanation; within the force of the emanation, there is a force of creation, of formation and of action, according to what is written: Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory , I have formed him; yea, I have made him . (Isaias 43, 7)". (M. ben Recanati, Commentary on the Torah)

"He actualized himself in being" (Plotinus in a Treasury of Traditional Wisdom by W. Perry)

"With a word, the Lord could dissolve de world into the limbo of oblivion, but he preferred to suffer insults, blows and death than to curse a portion of the creation of the Unique One. Lord teaches us not to reject his creation , however disfigured it may be, for behind the desolation of death still survives the spark of divine life. Who shall experience the wisdom of the sage? And who shall see it shine on the hearth?" ( L. Cattiaux, The Message Rediscovered 29, 42)
